2. NRS 281.501: Editorial Revision
Rationale:
At NRS 281.501, #2 is about what to do after disclosing (as at our proposal #8 above), but then 281.501, #3 is about disclosing. It makes more sense to put disclosure first, and follow that with what to do after disclosure.
BDR:
Edit the statute to reverse their order, making the current #3 into the new #2, and the current #2 into the new #3.
